About

Masha graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design & Architecture Studies and Russian & Slavic Studies. Followed by her Master of Architecture from the Hines College of Architecture & Design at the University of Houston in Houston, Texas in May 2018.

She is fascinated by the way the built environment shapes people’s lives - from the urban to the personal scale - and strives to challenge the limitations of design and architecture.

Masha believes in conscious design; design that is conscious of its place in the environment, the city, the community, and the individual’s life.

She plans to continue her exploration of the dichotomy between the functional | rational and the aesthetic | emotional realms in design throughout her career.
